The Kindle car charger is well constructed and does what it's supposed to do. I will add however if the cord was a little longer you could charge from the front seat and read from the back seat, but still well worth the very small investment.

I love my Kindle, and I travel in the car a lot. And using the wireless access can drain the battery. So this makes it perfect! I hate to be without my Kindle anywhere!

I ordered this so I wouldn't be caught in the car and my Kindle stopped working because it needed a charge. I love to read, I have so enjoyed the Kindle that my Grandson gave me for Christmas. It came in record time and works great.

Well, I'm currently in Afghanistan, so I haven't had a chance to use the car charger. It did arrive at my home in the US, within a timely manner.
